Convention Registration, Payment, and Obtaining a Hotel Reservation Steps 

 Step 1:  DOWNLOAD and print the PDF form and complete ONE FORM for 1-2 men living at the same address. 

a.   The first 4 pages require details for [1] individual and/or [2] if a couple are registering as a household/partnership. 

b.   PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY.

c.  Page 5 is simply for information on RATES and does not need to be mailed in with pages 1-4.

Step 2:  Then pay convention registration fees by either: 

a.   online via Stripe  OR 

b.   send in a check made payable  to “PTWW Convention” – with your 3-page registration form to:

Step 3:  After  your convention registration form and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation email (or telephone call) with the PTWW discount link to the hotel.  Use this link to then make your Hotel Room Reservationsmade out
