San Antonio is Fortunate to be directly in
the path of the total solar eclipse that will take place on April 8th.
It will pass through the western portion of the city and hill area. This event can be seen between 12:14 and 2:55 p.m., with the peak of the event happening at 1:34 p.m. This exceptional moment won’t be visible in every area of the city. On April 8, at 12:00 p.m., San Antonio Prime Timers will host a watch party at the residence of Clarance and Calvin, located at on Travertine Drive. Refreshments will be provided. Members of the outside chapter who are not in the direct path are welcome to attend the event.
