PrimeTimers of Sacramento has been working with a sister group in our area: Wisdom Project. They sponsor 2 coffee & conversation events at a local senior center (The Hart Senior Center) as well as a ‘gathering’ once a month. PrimeTimers of Sacramento has helped increase attendance of these events by advertising on our Facebook, meetup and website. Several of our members attend as we have even attracted a few women to attend. The Wisdom Project produces an annual event at The Hart Senior Center (Senior PRIDE Fair). This will be PrimeTimers first year to have a booth with our new tablecloth with logo, business cards and a May 2024 printed calendar with all 14 May events. Should be able to reach 200+ senior LGBTQ+ citizens.
