PrimeTimers of Sacramento reached out to a handful of local gay men’s meetup groups—suggesting a combined Potluck/BBQ/Picnic.
The groups were Gay Guys Doing Stuff (505 members), Sacramento Gay Men’s Brunch (445 members) and Active Mature Gay Men (306 members).
Each organizer said YES and it’s on the books. Saturday, July 27th at McKinley Park. We are expecting 50-60 for a fun Saturday just spending time with each other.
Prime Timers of Sacramento did all the leg work, purchasing picnic permit, verifying area at the park would work and paying for about 50% of the supplies/expenses.
