PTWW CONVENTION CODE OF CONDUCT SECTION

PTWW Convention Code of Conduct:

I understand that if my application is accepted, I will be expected to comply with the following PRIMETIMERS®WORLDWIDE (PTWW) CONVENTION CODE OF BEHAVIOR while attending the Prime Timers® 18th Biennial Convention in Omaha, Nebraska:
1. Registration can be denied when there have been negative reports concerning the applicant. Examples of negative reports include: a reported history of making unwanted contacts with members listed on a chapter roster, anger management or hostile actions, unwanted sexual harassment or misconduct, or other illegal behavior and actions.
2. Attendee is responsible for any damage he causes to the host hotel in excess of normal wear during the Convention or for the duration of his stay.
3. Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Embassy Suites Downtown Old Market District hotel, and officers and members of PrimeTimers® Worldwide and all Chapters of Prime Timers against all claims, damages, loss of or damage to property belonging to attendees, personal injury, accidents, actions of other attendees, other losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from errors, omissions, or negligent or intentional acts committed by attendee or any other attendee to the event.
4. Attendee agrees to wear his PTWW Biennial Convention-provided badge at all times during official functions and will not be granted entrance to such functions without it.
5. Attendee agrees not to indulge in: a) offensive behavior, including the verbal or physical abuse of another; b) disruptive or potentially damaging behavior caused by intoxication; c) any criminal behavior or any other act deemed obscene or criminal by local laws.
6. Attendee agrees not to host or be a party to any gathering organized by clandestine invitation or any other activity that could damage PrimeTimers® Worldwide or Metro Omaha PrimeTimers® reputation or relationship with the Embassy Suites Downtown Old Market District hotel.
7. Attendee understands that the breach of this agreement could result in his immediate expulsion from the PTWW Biennial Convention event without refund. Attendee further understands that the breach of this agreement as it regards item 5c could result in his arrest and appropriate legal action.
